The next meeting has been arranged for Thursday 24th May at 7 p.m. It will be hosted by David Dorman at Willowbank, Keady and two wines will be presented for tasting and discussion. (These were kindly donated to us by Henry Emerson in March.)
Willowbank is on the right-hand side of the road on the way into Keady, after the petrol station and before you reach the fire station. Look out for a low stone wall, the entrance is flanked by two pillars with iron railings on either side. The map below shows the approximate location.
At our last meeting it was suggested that we should finish our season of meetings with a wine tasting with food. The Manor House restaurant on the Mall have now come up with a menu of six small dishes each with a different wine which would be commented on by a rep from their wine supplier. I gave them a limit of £40 and the menu looks interesting.
Perhaps Thursday 14th or 21st June could be arranged. Let David know if you are interested.
