Our next Out to Lunch is on Friday 7 October at 1:00 pm in Wine and Brine, Main St, Moira. (Award winning restaurant)
There is a free car park across the road.
They have requested that we pre order our lunch and have sent me the menu as follows.
Soup of the day
House cured salmon rolled in seaweed, cucumber relish
Chicken liver parfait, candied walnuts, Madeira jelly.
Homemade country pie, onion puree
Organic chicken (chicken has been brined to keep moist, served with Paris mushrooms and a mushroom puree, it is also served with spring onions that have been charred on the grill)
Pan roast fillet of hake, toasted almonds, broccoli and buttermilk (this is like a sauce but it is lot lighter and just finishes off the dish).
Chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut
Lemon curd, basil, meringue
Lime yoghurt, berries.
3 Courses £17 this includes service charge.
NB Dessert may be subsituted with tea/coffee other wise tea/coffee is extra.
Any dietary requirements – please give with order.
They want to know numbers together with order. Please reply with your choice stated clearly. We have to pay a deposit to the restaurant so you are responsible for payment once ordered.
I have to give them orders one week before hand ie let me know on or before 29 September.
